From Crumbled Towers to Empire State of Mind
How I’m Embracing Chaos, Laughing at the Universe, and Creating My Own Empire
The tower card in Tarot is easily the scariest card in the deck. It’s not the Death card like you’d think. The Death card signifies transformation, rebirth, the ending to something that no longer serves purpose for you. It means things are clearing out to make room for the good. A new door towards a better opportunity.
While the tower?? The damn tower, signifies upheaval, sudden unforeseen change, destruction, crisis, etc (you get the point- just look at the picture!), and that’s terrifying! You don’t know it’s coming, it just hits ya! And then BOOM that “strong” foundation you built comes crashing down with no problem. Easily crumbling and every last piece is in shambles, and here you are starting back at square one. With nothing but mental lessons. I mean that’s cool and all, but WHERE THE HELL IS MY HOUSE???
Your mental health is on the decline, your house is up in flames, and all you have left is the lessons?? Isn’t that called TRAUMA?!
How many times did the 2 little pigs have to go through the terrifying lesson of possibly being eaten alive until they realized their 3rd brother had something smart brewing up in that piggy little brain?
